Launching the palette
You can launch the palette at any time by hitting CMD-K (CTRL-K on Windows/Linux) to bring up the modal.
Basic controls
The search box is focussed by default, and typing into it will filter the list of actions shown. The list will be filtered by both the action name, and its path. In the example below, we've typed coll and are seeing all of the "Collection" entries even though none of their names contain "coll", but because it appears in their path:
You can use the up/down arrows to change which entry is selected (shown highlighted), and Enter to select the action. Supersonic will take you straight to the selected item.
Secondary actions*
As well as the primary action, you can also have secondary actions associated with each action. Let's take our "Collection" example above. Navigating to "Case studies" and hitting Enter will take you to the list of entries for that collection (e.g. cp/collections/case_studies
).
However, there's an alternate action that you can access by hitting CMD-Enter (CTRL-Enter) that will take you to the edit page for the collection (e.g. cp/collections/pages/edit
).
Want to see the full list of primary/secondary actions - check "Action List" below.
Search actions*
If you've selected a collection, or taxonomy, you can also access a search action, allowing you to easily locate a specific entry, or term within that collection and jumnp straight to editing it.
To access the search, highlight a collection or taxonomy and hit CMD-right, and Supersonic will swap to search mode:
Hitting the primary action (Enter) on a search result will take you to the edit page for that entry. Alternatively you can visit the frontend URL for the entry by calling up the secondary action (CMD-Enter).
